Just a quick note to say thanks for the gorgeous apartment in Picton. It was fantastic to spread out & completely relax after our Queen Charlotte Walk. We enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen too as were looking forward to making some meals for ourselves after 2 weeks of hotel/restaurant fare. Happy to recommend 301 to our friends.

We had a really lovely stay in your Picton apartment. The entertainment on the Quay directly in front of Oxley’s Rock Apartments was a bonus and then fireworks to welcome 2011 was a pleasure to watch. The kitchen was so well set up that we ate in both nights and thoroughly enjoyed preparing our meals. The weather was spectacular for our short stop in Picton so we walked to Waikawa Bay & back and then enjoyed the views from your balcony with a good book each on Saturday.

Decor is ultra-modern and very chic, the kitchen is beautifully equipped with elegant crockery,the bathrooms are sparkling clean, and the whole apartment is unbelievably spacious. The BBQ on the covered verandah was begging to be used and the private verandah on the main bedroom a delightful spot for a private early morning cuppa. After a hectic two weeks driving over the South Island staying one night at a time in normal hotel rooms it was sheer delight to stay somewhere we could spread out, catch up on our laundry, and totally relax in while absorbing the views from our lounge and verandah. We will definately stay here again on our next NZ visit.”
